Please Note: Due to the limitations of Shopify, the online store only charges the maximum amount for each day. There is a sliding scale, however, and you can pay via e-transfer to admin@ontariohc.ca (include "Assembly Registration" in your message), in-person or by cheque to 201-15 Gervais Drive, Toronto, ON, M3C 1Y8 and pay a smaller amount.
